Scope

Rough numbers are fine. The proposal marks the billable area on an agreed plan.

Count each floor or platform that needs separate capture: a 4,000 sq. ft. mezzanine over a 10,000 sq. ft. floor is 14,000 sq. ft.

Separate levels to capture, including mezzanines and platforms.

Area type

Pick the closest match. Congestion drives the number of scan setups and the modeling effort; complex access and multilevel process areas are custom quoted.

Service tier

Tiers are cumulative: each one includes the tier before it. What each tier includes

Tier 3 and 4 only. The part of the area with equipment and piping to model. Process-modeling rates apply only to this area.

Deliverable formats

Check the formats your team works in. The proposal confirms formats and software versions.

Point cloud

Supplied in one agreed format per project.

3D model

Native Autodesk files plus an agreed exchange format, defined in the proposal.

Drawings (Tier 4)

Included with the Tier 4 drawing package.
