Example scopes
These are example scopes, not client case studies. Each one takes a typical plant area through the published tiers: what the scope includes, what you’d receive, and what’s excluded. No client, site, or result is implied.
Bulk solids handling / ingredient systems
A 10,000 sq. ft. congested ingredient room scanned, modeled with its equipment and piping, and drawn as an existing-condition CAD package ahead of a system expansion.
Warehouse & distribution
A 40,000 sq. ft. warehouse with pallet racking and an existing packaging line, scanned and modeled as a building so a new line can be laid out in its open area.
Bulk solids handling / ingredient systems
A 6,000 sq. ft. dilute-phase pressure conveying system scanned and modeled, from four outdoor silos to a second-floor weigh hopper, mixer, and bulk bag filler.
Feed, grain & milling
A multilevel mill tower with stacked floors, open grating, and vertical spouting. Complex access like this is custom quoted from an agreed plan of each level.
Food & beverage processing
A 7,500 sq. ft. pizza production room scanned and its line modeled, so new dust collection hoods and ductwork can be routed against real heights and clearances.
